What it does

Log minutes, not just streaks. Add a habit, set a time goal if you want one, and record each session.

Views

  • Momentum: Rises with each session, decays through gaps. A long streak softens the cost of a missed day.
  • Total time: Cumulative hours logged, with goal progress when you’ve set one.
  • Streak: Every unbroken run shown as a column.
  • Sessions / Calendar: Fill glasses scaled to your best day in a ±7-day window. Tap any day to log minutes.
